LaToya Williams-Belfort, a nationally recognized strategist and social impact leader, brings over two decades of executive experience advancing measurable community transformation. Raised in The Bronx, she has mobilized over $100 million in philanthropic capital, forging cross-sector partnerships that drive systemic change, and inclusive growth.
LaToya’s leadership blends enterprise precision with community authenticity. Her work has earned recognition from BronxTimes, Black Enterprise, Fast Company and The Network Journal, and she has been featured on Good Morning America and Bloomberg Business for her insights on equity-centered innovation.
Upon joining as Executive Director in 2025, she launched The BxCF Exchange, effectively creating a space for Bronxites to connect and understand The Bronx Community Foundation’s focus on community, equity & justice, economic security, digital equity, and health initiatives. LaToya looks forward to growing The Bronx Community Foundation’s investment in impactful initiatives and continuing momentum of efforts including bridging the digital divide amongst students, closing the digital literacy gap, along with bringing attention to the lack of internet access impacting the community.
